Carrie Fisher was one of the best examples of how friends actually should be. The Star Wars fame didn’t hesitate to back her close friend after the latter was sexually assaulted by a producer in the industry. When the late actress’ friend Heather Ross also became a victim, Carrie Fisher opted for a unique way to take revenge on the producer.
Many of Hollywood’s renowned female faces have spoken earlier about the misdeeds of some of the producers who used their power in the most wrong ways. While it would be a lie to say that nobody thought of Harvey Weinstein after knowing about the incident, Ross confirmed that the disgraced producer is not a part of the story.
How did Carrie Fisher take revenge for Heather Ross?
There have been several cases of producers using their powers in the worst ways mainly to the female actors. Carrie Fisher‘s close friend Heather Ross also faced a similar scenario in the back of a car. Even though Ross denied revealing the name, it was known that the individual was an Oscar-winning producer.
The incident was revealed when Heather Ross spoke to 94.9 MixFM stating that she went to the producer in an attempt to get a role in his new project. However, the experience turned out to be a nightmare when the producer tried to force himself on her. She escaped somehow but the producer threatened that she would never get another project- “You’ll never make a movie in my town and get the F out of my car”.

However, it was not late before the message reached Ross’ dearest friend and the Princess Leia fame Carrie Fisher who decided to take matters into her own hands. The late actress knew that she needed a unique way to go against the big producer.
“About two weeks later, she sent me a message online and said, ‘I just saw [blank] at Sony Studios. I knew he would probably be there, so I went to his office and personally delivered a Tiffany box wrapped with a white bow.’
As Ross stated, the When Harry Met Sally actress sent a cow tongue along with a note of threat to the evil producer.
“I asked her what was inside and she said, ‘It was a cow tongue from Jerry’s Famous Deli in Westwood with a note that said, if you ever touch my darling Heather or any other woman again, the next delivery will be something of yours in a much smaller box!'”
Fisher’s dearest made sure to acknowledge her friend for not being fake and being a genuine friend who took her side in the worst times.
Carrie Fisher’s last movie failed to leave a lasting impression
Carrie Fisher left a huge void after she shockingly passed away at the age of 60. However, she was yet to make her last appearance as her final film was in limbo for 7 years. The fantasy feature titled Wonderwell starred the Disney lead along with Rita Ora, Kiera Milward, and Sebastian Croft.
Unfortunately, the movie released this year directed by newbie Vlad Marsavinr failed to give the actress, the farewell she deserved and ended up being a bad film. Although her performance was praised, the movie was far from memorable. It failed to provide a lasting impression on the Wonderland actress’ fans.
But no matter how the movie was, the crew was both sad and delighted on working with the Grammy winner. Wonderwell’s team also shared that the actress celebrated her 60th birthday along with them and left with them a lot of beautiful memories.
