"I'd love a relationship": After Rumored Betrayal From Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston Doesn't Want to Marry Again Despite Her Feeling Lonely at Times

Jennifer Aniston might have had a flourishing career in Hollywood, but the actress and producer hasn’t exactly had the best luck in the romance department. After a string of luckless relationships and two divorces, the Murder Mystery 2 star has dealt with her fair share of agonizing grief. But the brunt of her losses hasn’t just made her want to stay miles away from the dating game, it’s also made Aniston skeptical of getting married again. Probably ever.

Jennifer Aniston on the Prospect of Getting Remarried

In an interview with Allure towards the end of 2022, when asked whether getting married again was something in the cards for her, Jennifer Aniston had a slightly evasive yet bleak response. While it wasn’t something entirely out of the question, she seemed uninterested at large about the idea.

But at the end of the day, even she’s human and has emotional needs like anyone else; talking about how her day went, falling at ease in the safety of a lover’s arms, all these are significantly important things, which a single Jen obviously hasn’t been able to meet. So, while the FRIENDS star might be apprehensive when it comes to remarriage, she admitted she’d be willing to welcome love without any lifelong commitments.

“Never say never, but I don’t have any interest. I’d love a relationship. Who knows? There are moments I want to just crawl up in a ball and say, ‘I need support.’ It would be wonderful to come home and fall into somebody’s arms and say, ‘That was a tough day.’”

Who knows, maybe the third time’s the charm for her.

Bitter Divorces Have Made Jennifer Aniston More Cautious

Aniston, 54, has come to adopt more reservations about marriage over the years. And with a sordid history owing to two failed marriages, her inhibitions seem justified.

The Primetime Emmy winner’s first-ever marriage with industry hotshot Brad Pitt ended in bitter tears and immense controversy. Rumors, though unverified, claimed that the Mr. & Mrs. Smith actor cheated on Aniston with Angelina Jolie, who he’d later go on to marry in 2014. Yikes.

Six years after her split with Pitt, however, Aniston struck up a romantic chord with Justin Theroux in 2011 on the set of Wanderlust. After dating for several years, the pair tied the knot in a private ceremony in 2015. But three years into their marriage, the couple announced their divorce without stating any definite reason/s behind their separation. As heartbreaking as it might’ve been for both though, the two have continued to stay in touch and have come to be close friends after their marriage.
