If there has been one wholesome thing to have come out of Hollywood in the duration of the pandemic, it was the blended family of Bruce Willis, Demi Moore, and Emma Heming Willis. With the news of the action star’s frontotemporal dementia diagnosis, the situation at the Willis home has been all hands on deck recently.
With the pandemic bringing the two families even closer, this time of crisis only works to bond Bruce Willis’ former and current wives as both works toward making his life feel safe and comfortable in the time he has left.
Demi Moore and Emma Heming Willis Bond as Sisters
If one post could describe Demi Moore’s relationship with Bruce Willis’ wife, Emma Heming Willis, it is the tribute that the Ghost actress paid to Heming on International Women’s Day in 2021:

Emma Heming Willis, while speaking about Demi Moore’s presence at her ’09 wedding to Bruce Willis claimed:
“She welcomed me into her family like I welcomed her into ours. Again, I have so much respect for her. I have so much respect for how Bruce and Demi worked through their divorce to be able to put their children first. I learned so much from that and grew so much from watching that. It was important for her to be there. She was at our first wedding. I loved having her there again. I wouldn’t do it without her.”
Over the years, the pair have lifted each other up by showing support for their endeavors (be it at the launch of Moore’s memoir or Heming’s skin care products) and being present to celebrate each other’s milestones. Recently, however, the Die Hard actor’s diagnosis has left the family working through ways to make his days memorable and his memories with the family stronger and more precious. And the time spent doing that has also brought Moore and Heming closer.

While the rest of the world simpered away into solitary hibernation, Bruce Willis and Demi Moore spent their isolation in each other’s company, while also hosting their children and their spouses under the same roof. Wearing matching PJs never looked cooler than when the entire Willis-Moore clan rocked them in an adorable throwback picture posted by Moore and Willis’ youngest daughter on her social media account. However, what is even more touching is Emma Heming Willis’ reaction to the photo – “Family bonding at its finest, miss you guys.”
The particular exchange was not the only one to put the pair’s trust and friendship on display. Demi Moore has been a constant part of the family despite their 2000 divorce. From minor events like celebrating birthdays together and family photoshoots to much bigger ceremonies like Bruce Willis and Emma Heming’s marriage in 2009 and their vow renewal in 2019, the pair have always stood steadfastly by each other. And with time, they only grow ever closer.
