The same thing was faced by Dwayne Johnson’s co-star Priyanka Chopra. The Baywatch actress claimed that she was body shamed by someone which was heartbreaking for her. She didn’t name the person but people were smart enough to speculate that she was talking about retired stylist, Law Roach.
The famous stylist has already come forward to address the situation about the body-shaming comments. But after his response, fans are now trolling Chopra for taking the stylist’s words out of context.
What Did Zendaya’s Friend Law Roach Say to Priyanka Chopra?
Priyanka Chopra is not afraid when it comes to sharing her thoughts openly on a global platform. Recently, the actress had a conversation at South by Southwest, where she spoke about the body-shaming comments passed by stylist Law Roach.
According to her, someone recently told her that she “wasn’t sample sized”. She spoke to her family, team, and husband after hearing such a hurtful remark. She came down to tears and felt bad as someone called her out for her body size.
“I felt really bad about the fact that I’m not sample size, and that’s a problem, apparently and most of us are not, and the sample size is size 2.”
But looks like Law Roach didn’t mean to body shame Dwayne Johnson’s co-star. The celebrity stylist has responded to her comments and cleared the air.
Law Roach Addresses The Situation
The celebrity stylist has explained his side of the story and looks like the real conversation got shadowed in the press. According to him, he never had that type of conversation with the Baywatch actress.
“It was a little bit hurtful in a way that it ended up in the press, you know? Because that wasn’t real conversation.”
He believes it wasn’t the real conversation between them. In a recent interview with the Cut, Law Roach said that things were taken out of context and were misinterpreted to her by her gatekeepers.
“So again, it is her gatekeepers, how they presented what I said to her to make her feel that way. And if that made her feel bad, that wasn’t – it was taken out of context.”

Law Roach has been the Desi girl’s stylist for many events in Hollywood. But he has no hate or bad comments for her. Recently, he has praised her many times for her energy levels and the person she is.
“It drives me crazy. She has a twinkle, she has a wiggle and I love her, even as a person.”
Priyanka Chopra will be next starring in Citadel, alongside Eternals Star Richard Madden. The series will come out on April 28th, 2023, and will stream on Amazon Prime Video.
