You have to struggle. You have to build strength.” Schwarzenegger stated.

Stating how one can force themselves to achieve betterment not just physically but also mentally, Arnold Schwarzenegger discussed bodybuilding. “The more I force my hands against that steel bar, the bigger the biceps get, and the stronger they get.” He further added, “When I was trying to squat 600 lbs, and bench press 500 lbs, and deadlift 700 lbs, it didn’t feel like a walk in the park. It wasn’t easy.” 

I was uncomfortable. It was painful. I was struggling. I was crying out loud in pain…Your mind and your character are no different than your body and your muscles. If you want to grow as a person, you really have to make friends with passion. Embrace the discomfort. Enjoy the struggle.” Arnold Schwarzenegger stated.
