Captain Marvel star Brie Larson is a fitness freak. Her toned abs are a testament to her commitment to fitness. The 32-year-old star’s Instagram page is full of her awesome workouts. Her insane superhero abs and physique is the result of her intense exercise regime.
Larson recently gave an interview to the Insider. There she detailed her experience with exercise. She revealed that before the filming of Captain Marvel, she didn’t “even know how to walk up a hill without being out of breath.” She trained hard for her part in the film and now has a fantastic physique!

Brie Larson Shares Her Training For Captain Marvel
Her role in Captain Marvel required her to be in peak physical fitness. Larson told The Insider: “So, I started this journey thinking I’ll get strong and I had no idea,” “I went far beyond what I ever believed was possible for my body.” Revealing her training plan, she said, “hip thrust 400 pounds, deadlift 200 pounds, push my trainer’s Jeep.” Larson continued, “an incredible experience to realize what’s inside of you is well beyond what you knew was possible.”

Larson’s Fitness Routine continued After Captain Marvel
However, Brie Larson’s fitness journey did not end with her filming of Captain Marvel. She continued improving and pushing her limits. Sharing her determination for fitness, Larson said: “I just started to get kind of obsessed with it,” “When people say like, ‘Oh, girls can’t do that,’ it just makes me wanna do it even more. So there were huge accomplishments this time and I just feel like my body’s just getting more and more used to this and more and more excited. Now, it feels weird to not train. I look forward to it.”

Her Awesome Diet
Along with her strenuous exercise, Larson took a healthy diet to achieve her goals. Her nutritionist, Dr. Philip Goglia, told The People, that she took one teaspoon of almond butter with one teaspoon of all-fruit jam or preserves before training in the morning. After this, she either drank a protein shake or ate two whole eggs with one portion of fruit and one vegetable. The Captain Marvel star’s fitness journey is an inspiration to all of us.
