Margot Robbie is one of the greatest actresses in the Hollywood industry, and her recent film Barbie has already become highest grossing at premiere weekend. The gorgeous diva has given numerous hits in her career including The Wolf of Wall Street, Babylon, Suicide Squad, I, Tonya, and others. The actress played a psychopath in Suicide Squad, which became quite famous. However, she has also pulled some unimaginable stunts in real life.
Robbie opened up in an interview about a shocking stunt she pulled on her babysitter, which left the latter horrified.
Margot Robbie revealed faking her death in childhood
Margot Robbie and her Barbie co-star Ryan Gosling graced BBC Radio 2’s The Zoe Ball Breakfast Show to promote their film. During the conversation, the actress shared a story from her childhood, where she faked her death to scare her babysitter. The Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood actress said,
“We got a new babysitter and I wanted my old babysitter back, Talia, who was like 16 and I thought she was so cool. We got this much older lady in and I was just not happy about it, and she told me to have a bath and I didn’t want to and she was very cranky and I thought, ‘I’m going to show you.’
So I got a big kitchen knife and the ketchup and I sprawled out naked on the tiles, covered myself in ketchup, put the kitchen knife, and I waited like 45 minutes for her to find me.”
Robbie added,
“But it was worth the wait… Oh yeah”
She added that the babysitter ran away screaming.
Ryan Gosling, 42, joked that Robbie produced [her] own death.

Bombshell actress Margot Robbie grew up in Queensland, Australia. Ahead of the release of her film Barbie, she recalled to PEOPLE that she did not play much with Barbie dolls in her growing years.
She said,
“I didn’t personally have any that I can recall. My sister did and I remember my cousin did. I would play with my cousin’s, but I wasn’t actually that much of a Barbie girl as a kid.”
On being asked about what attracted her to the role of a live-action Barbie movie, the actress shared with Vogue,
“It wasn’t that I ever wanted to play Barbie, or dreamt of being Barbie, or anything like that. This is going to sound stupid, but I really didn’t even think about playing Barbie until years into developing the project.”
Barbie is a 2023 fantasy comedy film directed by Greta Gerwig, which features Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling in lead roles.
Barbie is presently running in theatres worldwide.
