"I frickin' love being pregnant": Ant-Man 3 Star Evangeline Lilly Wants Six Kids Even if It's "Hard"

Evangeline Lilly shares her reason for not getting married

In an interview with Ocean Drive, the Ant-Man actress stated that she doesn’t believe in the notion of marriage and forever promises. Even though it logistically makes sense for her to tie the knot with her partner Norman Kali, with whom she shares a beautiful son, she made it clear that she doesn’t want to be married as she doesn’t find the forever promises realistic. The actress went on to state,

We love each other today, and we hope we’ll love each other tomorrow. In my world, I don’t believe in forever promises. I don’t think it’s realistic. Every other 16-year-old girl wanted to look at bridal magazines; I could not have been more bored with the notion

Although the actress has no plans regarding marriage in the foreseeable future, Lilly shared her want to have more kids. The actress emphasized the importance of kids in her life and revealed that her original plan was to have six kids.

Evangeline Lilly originally wanted six kids

Fans were left flabbergasted after Evangeline Lilly shared her plan of wanting six kids. But the actress went on to clarify that even though she loves being pregnant and find herself lucky for having a blissful pregnancy, she and her partner were looking forward to adopting the rest of the others.

However, the actress shared that it was a stressful and difficult experience through their venture of adoption. But it appears that the couple hasn’t given up and even though it is hard, they are looking forward to trying again. The actress stated,

“What I wanted originally was six kids. I frickin’ love being pregnant. I’m one of the lucky women who just had a blissful pregnancy, but I wanted to adopt four. My partner and I have really been through the wringer in the adoption world and it’s hard, so we’ll see what happens. Life is magically beautiful, and it brings you what is perfect.”
