Marilyn Monroe was a person very fixated on her looks and figure and she had quite a routine, which she followed every day for almost all her life. Like all models, she stayed out of the sun for most of the time because she was heavily opposed to being tan. Although she had a god-like figure, she wasn’t a person particularly interested in exercising, unless it was a very specific body part.

While we all know that Marilyn Monroe took proper care of her appearance, especially her skin, she wasn’t particularly very keen on working out. Monroe stated,

“I don’t count rhythmically like the exercise people on the radio; I couldn’t stand exercise if I had to feel regimented about it”

Although Monroe said she did not like working out, there was an exception and she would only do exercises that involved lifting two five-pound weights above her head 15 times, moving much like an eagle’s arm. This was especially an exercise that would involve her br***ts and she loved doing this so much that she wouldn’t stop until she was completely tired each morning. Well, every actor and actress has their own thing which makes them quite unique from the others and Marilyn Monroe was probably the most unique of them all.
