Jennifer Aniston recently appeared on British Vogue talking about her fitness regime, aging, and everything else. The FRIENDS actress reckons that she is in the best phase of her life, feeling even better than she did in her twenties. Thanks to her fitness regime, the timeless beauty is subjected to a lot of comments and compliments. However, there is one thing that annoys her the most and she desperately wishes that people would stop. Talking about it, she said,

“’You look great for your age,’ and how it should actually be: you look great—period. It drives me bananas; I can’t stand it.”

Blaming it on society’s habit of having these markers, she adds on,

“That’s a habit of society that we have these markers like, ‘Well, you’re at that stage, so for your age… I don’t even understand what it means. I’m in better shape than I was in my 20s; I feel better in mind, body, and spirit. It’s all 100% better.”

The Emmy Award winner has been experimenting with fitness for a long time. Recently after facing an injury with rigorous workout regimes, Aniston has taken to Pvolve for getting back in shape.
