Walker shared that she was just one year old when the first film in the franchise was released and mentioned that she grew up watching the cast and characters on the film set. “Thanks to my dad, I was born into the Fast family,” she shared.

She also shared that she is grateful to be a part of something she grew up watching. “I can’t believe now I get to be up there too. With those who have been around to see me grow up,” Meadow Rain Walker shared in her Instagram post.

In an old interview, the Dom Toretto actor credited Paul Walker for the casting of John Cena in the franchise,

“That day, I posted on Instagram, without talking to anyone, a video of him and me and I said, ‘thank you Pablo.’ Because at that moment, I thought, my brother Pablo [Paul Walker] had sent him [John Cen} to play Jakob.”

And now the late actor’s daughter plays the role of a flight attendant who helps John Cena’s Jakob Toretto and Little Brian to escape from the flight. She is seen handing a key and three bottles of alcohol as the two make a thrilling escape mid-flight. Walker shared that she feels blessed to honor her father’s legacy in the franchise.
