Chris Pratt and Zoe Saldana return with their iconic MCU characters in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. The duo has been working together since the 2014 Marvel film and have been contributing to the success of the franchise with their on-screen chemistry and dynamic performances. The actors behind the characters also share the same appreciation and have praised each other for their contribution to the film series.
The Star-Lord and Gamora actors recently joined the IGV Presents’ Who’s Most Likely where the Avatar star came face to face with some awkward questions. However, her co-star was there to help her avoid the humiliating question and continue the interview smoothly.
Chris Pratt Helps Zoe Saldana Dodge the Awkward Question
Marvel stars Chris Pratt and Zoe Saldana joined IGV Presents’ Who’s Most Likely, ahead of the release of their recent film, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Saldana, popular for portraying the deadly assassin and Thanos’ adopted daughter Gamora, was asked an awkward question during the interview.
The Colombiana star was asked who is the best kisser among the MCU stars, Ryan Reynolds, Chris Pratt, and Bradley Cooper. Saldana has worked with all three actors. She featured alongside Pratt in Guardians of the Galaxy, Ryan Reynolds in The Adam Project, and Bradley Cooper in the 2012 film, The Words.
The 44-year-old actor seemed uncomfortable with the question and said, “I can’t answer that question.” Pratt also joined in and said that he would answer it instead. The Star-Lord actor simply said that he would kiss all three stars as they’re all handsome.
“I’d kiss all three of them. They’re all handsome,” he said before adding on about his fascination for the Deadpool star. Zoe Saldana chuckled as The Tomorrow War star hilariously answered the awkward questions.
Star-Lord And Gamora’s Future in the MCU
While Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3 is considered the last film in the franchise, the characters are expected to have future appearances in the MCU. However, the cast’s vision for their future in the franchise seems to differ from one another.
It is the end for me, for Gamora.” During an interview with Women’s Wear Daily, the Marvel star also talked about working in franchises. The actress shared that she feels “artistically stuck” portraying the same character for the “last 10 years of [her] life.”
Saldana shared that she is grateful for the opportunities and growth of her career, but she also wishes to explore “different sorts of genres and different roles.” The Passengers star, however, has shared he would prefer reprising his character if the story honors what James Gunn has done with the three Guardians of the Galaxy films. So far, the studio has not said anything about the Guardians’ future in the MCU.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is playing in theatres.
