Since podcast host and UFC commentator, Joe Rogan called out Hollywood actors for using steroids, the topic has gained a lot of prominence. These days almost every other actor is being questioned about their thoughts on using it. While the industry appeared to be shrouded in silence, Hugh Jackman, who was the only actor cleared by Rogan from the allegations, denied the use of steroids in his transformation into the iconic character of Wolverine. However, since Jackman emphasized that he uses old-school methods to keep himself ripped, his recent Instagram posts raise a few questions. Especially, ‘Is it possible to stay in shape after this insanely high-calorie cheat meal?’

Steroid-free Hugh Jackman shares a sneak peek of his insane cheat meal

In one of his interviews on the HBO show Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace, renowned actor Hugh Jackman addressed the persistent speculation surrounding steroid use among actors in Hollywood. When asked about the use of steroids, Jackman responded with a resolute denial, stating,

“No, I love my job. And I love Wolverine. I’ve got to be careful what I say here, but I had been told anecdotally what the side effects are of that. And I was like, ‘I don’t love it that much.’ So no, I just did it the old-school way.”

Emphasizing his dedication to the role, Jackman explained that he opted for a traditional approach to achieve the desired physicality without resorting to substances. But this doesn’t mean that The Greatest Showman actor cannot treat himself to some scrumptious and elaborate cheat meals occasionally. Sharing some irresistible’ snaps of his food, Jackman wrote, “Happy cheat meal to me! Nooo! I did not share. And I’m not sorry. #wafflehousenorwich”

While talking about his exercise regime in his HBO interview, Jackman humorously apologized to vegans, vegetarians, and chickens alike, playfully acknowledging the excessive consumption of poultry during his training. He jokingly warned,

“Literally the karma is not good for me. If the deity has anything related to chickens, I’m in trouble. Apologies, chickens. Run a mile. Start running now because I’m coming for you.”

And just like him, there is one other meat lover in Hollywood who might have got meat sweats after seeing Jackman’s meal.
