Dwayne Johnson is considered one of the most lovable celebrities in the industry. The Black Adam fame is said by many as an extremely friendly, calm, and approachable actor. But The Rock did lose his cool once when he was pranked in Ashton Kutcher’s show. It was all a part of the show Punk’d where Johnson’s trailer was blown up.
MTV Punk’d was a show created by Ashton Kutcher and Jason Goldberg. It was a hidden camera show that pulled off several pranks on various renowned celebrities. The show delivered one of the best episodes when it pulled off a prank on the set of Dwayne Johnson’s Be Cool.
How did Dwayne Johnson become a victim of Ashton Kutcher’s show?
When Ashton Kutcher spoke on an episode of The Rich Eisen Show, the viewers got to know more about the Dwayne Johnson episode of Punk’d. The host T.J. Jefferson present in the interview shared how they set Johnson’s trailer on fire which agitated the former WWE Wrestler.
Jefferson explained that in the particular episode, Kutcher was not present and out on a night shoot. The MTV show was hosted by Jefferson and Jason Goldberg when they set up the trailer on fire and it blew up.
“So we are punking The Rock. He is shooting the movie Be Cool, the director F. Gary Gray is the accomplice right. Ashton is not there he is doing a night shoot. So Jason Goldberg and I are running The Punk’d that day and we blew up The Rock’s trailer.”
The incident drew a lot of crowd and as the field agents appeared, many of them raised their fingers at The Rock. They claimed that the Jumanji fame should have warned about damaged plugs. But soon the situation took a serious turn for Dwayne Johnson as he grew disappointed by so many people blaming him for the blast. Eventually, it led The Brahma Bull to even make a move towards one of the guys from the shows before the director of the movie Gray intervened.
“The Rock is starting to now get more and more upset. And finally our guy Vince, who was good at agitating, said something to him, and The Rock kind of made a move towards him. Everybody swarmed and F. Gary Gray had to jump in and go, ‘Hey Rock guess what? You have been Punk’d!”

Soon after the 51-year-old came to know that it was a prank, Dwayne Johnson was seen laughing and acknowledging how it was very well-designed. Reportedly, Ashton Kutcher also appeared late on the set and checked on The Rock if everything was okay after the prank.
How did The Rock defeat Ashton Kutcher in the bathing game?
No matter how crazy it sounds, Dwayne Johnson once proved that he is a stronger fan of hygiene than most other Hollywood celebrities. The Rock defeated many names like Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, and Jake Gyllenhaal in the game of hygiene. Precisely, the whole incident occurred after the Two and a Half Men star and his wife Mila Kunis revealed that they don’t bathe their children unless they see dirt on them.
Following that, many stars came forward to admit that they don’t believe in regular bathing. Dwayne Johnson expressed his take on the matter and tweeted that he is the opposite of all the celebrities mentioned earlier and doesn’t end his day with less than at least three showers.
“Nope, I’m the opposite of a ‘not washing themselves’ celeb. Shower (cold) when I roll outta bed to get my day rollin’. Shower (warm) after my workout before work. Shower (hot) after I get home from work. Face wash, body wash, exfoliate and I sing (off key) in the shower.”
The Fast & Furious actor will next be seen in the multistarrer action adventure flick titled Red One co-starring Chris Evans, Lucy Liu, and J.K. Simmons. Currently, we don’t have much information about the upcoming Jake Kasdan movie that’s scheduled to be released sometime in the 2023 holiday season.
