The Legal Battle Between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt
Hollywood actor Brad Pitt has been in the spotlight ever since images of Angelina Jolie‘s reported bruises from a fight on their private plane with her ex-husband surfaced. Even fans labeled him as a ‘wife beater.’
On a private flight from France to Los Angeles in 2016, the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood star and Jolie allegedly got into a physical fight during which they both sustained injuries.
Brad Pitt is allegedly acting like a “petulant child” over the winery’s financial profit, according to Angelina Jolie’s legal team, who also claims that he “deals in illusions, not dirt and grapes.”
According to FBI documents that have not yet been made public but were obtained by numerous news sources, the actress said that while Pitt was holding a chokehold on her, he threw his body back, causing Jolie to crash into chairs behind them.
After two years of marriage and more than ten years of dating, Pitt and Jolie called it quits in September 2016. Despite being legally divorced, the couple’s custody dispute is still ongoing.
