According to a fresh rumor, Henry Cavill is still striving to be in a new Superman film and it’s said the talk is more serious than ever. And also, Black Adam star Dwayne Johnson is in full support of Henry Cavill when it comes to keeping up in the mantle, which is suiting. He may reach a big price tag though. A source explains there’s an extra money issue to surmount wherein the actor is asking for a bigger salary.
It is also said that Dwayne Johnson wants that slugfest between the two, Black Adam and Superman further, and he won’t approve any alternatives for Henry Cavill. The actor constantly addressed that he is open to playing Superman again, particularly in Man of Steel 2, but it doesn’t count what he wants if the rotations aren’t turning at Warner Bros.
Henry Cavill Rumored to Be In Serious Talk for a New Superman Movie
An unknown source reported to Small Screen this week that:
“It’s still not the end of Cavill’s Superman. There are multiple projects they’re discussing – Black Adam 2 is a big one. Cavill is still in the picture for that movie.”

Edward Lauder also wrote:
“Cavill’s looking for an eight-figure salary for a solo Superman movie – that’s a very big stretch for Warners. Things are very much still up in the air.”
Henry Cavill also talked on the topic to the Washington Fox associate in an interview previously.
“I would love to play Superman again, it all depends. [There are] so many moving parts to that – that it’s not just down to my desire.”
For gods grace, the Hollywood industry isn’t done with him yet. Although, he is busy with The Witcher, Enola Holmes 2, the political cliffhanger Argylle, and a Highlander movie in progress. The Warner Bros. isn’t fulfilled with Superman either between the solo story being produced by J.J. Abrams and the HBO Max miniseries about Val-Zod with Michael B. Jordan along with it.

Anyways, we only wish for these two facts to merge someday. With Discovery taking the spin in the track of Warner Bros. somewhat soon, some fans see hope on the verge.
Black Adam is set to release on October 21, 2022.
