As Henry was looking as the favorite to take the mantle from Daniel Craig after his departure, out of the blue a new rising star Lucien Laviscount, a far less famous but talented actor seemed to catch the eyes of the Bond producer Barbara Broccoli, who also holds the rights to the James Bond franchise. The newcomer’s first popular occurrence was in a teen drama Grange hill and got his rise by starring as the love interest of Emily in Emily in Paris. According to the producer, the actor shares all the attributes essential for the James bond role. An Insider went on to state,

 “Lucien ticks all of the boxes. He is a super-talented actor, is extremely handsome, and in the past 18 months has won lots of new fans since he joined Emily In Paris. Bond bosses are already saying how you can see him in the 007 tuxedo, how dapper and fitting to the role he will look.”

According to the Bond producers, it’s low-brow stuff that doesn’t fit a bond actor. Even though he is  Handsome, fit, has a natural elegance, and consists of all the correct ingredients that make Bond an international heartthrob, this one shoddy trait may hold him down from surpassing the initial favorite Cavill in the race.
