“It was like night and day from one day to the next. I was subject to a lot of personal physical scrutiny, I was criticized a lot and the British press were quite unkind to me.”

She added,

“I was still learning how to act, I felt I wasn’t ready to do lots of big Hollywood jobs.”

However, it eventually receded after she welcomed her daughter with Threapleton at the age of 25. While she continues to be an influential personality in Hollywood, her life is pretty much low-key as she has been successful to keep her personal issues under wraps in many cases.
