When he was married to A-list star Nicole Kidman, the couple adopted two children, Connor Cruise, and Isabella Cruise. Later on, they divorced because Kidman was apparently not accepting of Scientology.
Cruise got custody of the two children, and later, went on to marry Katie Holmes. They had a daughter, Suri Cruise, but it’s publically known that Cruise doesn’t have any relationship with his daughter since his divorce from Holmes. But apparently, he’s close to his son Connor Cruise and supports him in his career. As for Connor Cruise, he thinks the world of his father.
Connor Cruise Worships His Father Tom Cruise
In 2019, Connor Cruise married Silvia, an Italian lady who is also a Scientologist like him. As per sources, she is apparently referred to as a “Scientology Princess.” Her family also follows Scientology and moved to Clearwater, Florida from Italy. While Tom Cruise was present at the wedding, he barred Nicole Kidman from attending it. Sources reported:
“Tom is behind this and what he wants is as good as law. Tom made the call and Connor followed. First, Tom would never even consider inviting Nicole to Connor’s wedding because she’s considered a ‘suppressive person’ by the church — and, second, he doesn’t want her there.”
As per the outlet, Connor Cruise has no problem following his father’s order because he “Worships the ground his father walks on and would never disobey Tom.” As for the bride, Tom Cruise apparently loves his daughter-in-law and is happy that his son has chosen a Scientologist. Supposedly, the only reason why Connor Cruise is so close to his father is because of Scientology. But for him, the reason doesn’t matter, because he is happy to get his father’s support in every part of his life.

Apart from bonding over similar beliefs, Connor Cruise also loves his father Tom Cruise because he supported his career as a DJ. In a 2016 People magazine interview, he said, “We used to go fishing a lot when I was a little… I started DJing in my bedroom when I was about 13.” Also, when he was trying to gain popularity in his chosen career, the star came to his show in London and hugged him. Additionally, he stayed for the entire set to listen to his son play, as per People.
But apparently, Connor Cruise doesn’t dream of being a DJ anymore. He has pivoted to deep-sea fishing, his other passion. He also runs a business called Connor’s Meat Shack. However, he doesn’t lead a simple life. As per Daily Mail, he drives a GT Mustang, has a $500,000 boat, and gets star treatment at the Scientology headquarters. It’s unknown if he will establish a relationship with his mother Nicole Kidman in the future.
