Jeremy Renner met a tragic accident on New Year’s Day when he was run over by a snow plow. He was trying to help a family member when the accident occurred, leading to the Hawkeye star breaking thirty bones and enduring several other severe injuries. After the accident, he had to be airlifted and fortunately received the best care possible.
The actor was surrounded by friends and family throughout his treatment. The best part is Renner kept his fans updated on his condition through social media. During his treatment and recovery, many of his co-stars and friends from the industry visited him. Thankfully, Renner is now out of danger, and on his way to a speedy recovery with the best care possible.
Jeremy Renner undergoes strenuous workout for his leg
The Marvel actor has kept his fans updated on his injury and followed recovery. The actor received prayers and wishes from all over the world. Recently he took to Instagram to share his difficult workout regimes. These workouts are specially designed for him so that he can get his strength back. During the accident, the actor’s leg was severely injured, and was at risk of losing his leg.
In the video he is seen working his leg with electric stimulation, the actor wrote in the caption “Electric stimulation workout. And muscle strength.” The actor complemented the video with The Beatles’ song, Lady Madonna.
Since the event, the Avengers star has been transparent about his experience, providing fans with updates on social media. He posted a picture of himself getting treatment for his legs around the end of January.
Marvel stars visit Jeremy Renner during his recovery
After being injured in a snowplow accident on New Year’s Day, Jeremy Renner is demonstrating that nothing can stop him from achieving a full recovery. He has the full support of his family and friends. He posted a picture where he is getting special medical attention for his legs, the actor captioned it,
“Morning workouts, and resolutions all changed this particular new years …. Spawned from tragedy for my entire family, and quickly focused into uniting actionable love. I want to thank EVERYONE for their messages and thoughtfulness for my family and I.”
The Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania actress Evangeline Lilly also visited Renner. The two met on the set of Lost and Lilly details how young he was. She was surprised by his speedy recovery and upbeat attitude. She said,
“He has recovered like a mo-fo. I walked in his house and got chicken skin, ’cause I was like, ‘Why are you mobile? Why are you mobile? What’s happening?’ I expected to sit at his bedside and hold his hand while he moaned and groaned in pain and wasn’t able to move. He was wheeling himself around, laughing with his friends. It’s a miracle, a straight-up miracle.”

The actor informed the audience about a new project with Disney, however, it will take some time as he is working on better health and gaining his strength back. He was recently seen on The Mayor of Kingstown and Hawkeye season 1.
