Gwyneth Paltrow is a well-known American actress who has received various accolades which include the prestigious Academy Award, Golden Globe Award, Primetime Emmy Award, and much more. Paltrow gained public attention by delivering several hits in the late 1990s including Seven, Emma, Sliding Doors, A Perfect Murder, Shakespeare in Love, etc. Paltrow has recently shocked everyone by revealing her fitness routine, diet plan, and the use of controversial therapy.
Gwyneth Paltrow’s Shares Her Diet Routine
A Perfect Murder actress received a huge public backlash for sharing her controversial fitness routine. Paltrow recently appeared on a podcast named, The Art of Being Well, alongside Dr. Will Cole to give the public a glimpse of her daily diet. The Shakespeare in Love star’s diet received a consolidated negative response from the public as they believed that the diet regime followed by the Iron Man actress was not perfectly healthy and her words will influence her fans to follow the same unhealthy regime. Paltrow also shared her detox strategies that were equivalently criticized by the public.
“I’m really embarrassing myself right here. I love an IV, I’m an early IV adopter. They’re quite hard to find, and those make me feel so good. I usually eat something about 12. In the morning I’ll have things that won’t spike my blood sugar, so I have coffee. I really like soup for lunch, I have bone broth for lunch a lot of days. I try to do one hour of movement, so I’ll go for a walk or I’ll do pilates or I’ll do my Tracy Anderson [workouts]… It’s really important for me to support my detox.”
Gwyneth Paltrow’s Use Of Controversial Rectal Ozone Therapy
Talking about her uncommon diet and strategies in the podcast, the Iron Man actress shared that she has used ozone therapy rectally. Rectal Ozone Therapy induces the medical grade ozone gas directly into the colon via the rectum of an individual.
“I have used ozone therapy, rectally. It’s pretty weird. But it’s been very helpful.”
Rectal Ozone Therapy is a controversial medical procedure as the therapy is believed to help in treating cancer, arthritis, viral diseases, such as HIV and SARS, and much more. But the effectiveness of therapy is still unproven. FDA (Food and Drug Administration) does not approve the use of Ozone therapy. It stated that the ozone gas is toxic in general for its administration on human beings.
The internet seemed pretty offended after hearing the alien diet and fitness routine of Gwyneth Paltrow. A Perfect Murder star continues to receive the internet’s hate and criticism for advocating the use of Rectal Ozone Therapy.
