And the game is showing no signs of slowing down because, according to projections, it is expected to sell a total of 3 million copies very soon. This huge increase in sales has taken place because of how close the sequel is to its anticipated launch.
In fact, the sequel is coming out later next month in October, and gamers all across the globe are excitedly joining the hype by experiencing the first game in the series. The original game is an extremely fast-paced slasher game that resonated quite well with the gaming community, particularly the fans of first-person shooter titles.

This sales update about the title selling over 2.5 million copies was announced by the game’s official X account as well as by its developer, One More Level, on Steam. It felt like just the right time to share this milestone with the game’s community, especially because the studio is currently planning to launch the sequel on Thursday, October 26.
Unfortunately, we still don’t know when Nintendo Switch players will get to play the second instalment because it has not been announced for the platform yet.
