The scene in question is the iconic confrontation between Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker with the former revealing “I am your father.”

In a 1978 interview with the San Francisco Examiner, the late actor spilled the beans stating,

“Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker are hooked up in a do-or-die light saber duel when Luke learns that Darth is, in fact, his long-lost father.”

The creator wanted to keep Vader’s relationship with Skywalker a core secret until the movie’s release but thanks to Prowse, it was known to the public way before the movie hit the screens.
