Following the Billionaire’s proposal in April, he once again stated in July that he want to
terminate the deal. Musk’s main concern was the number of fake and spam accounts on
the site. After this, the company proceeded to a legal lawsuit to force a deal with the
Tesla CEO. But just days before a trial in Delaware, Elon Musk agreed to close the deal
at the $54.20 per share price.

official documents shared between the Attorneys of the Billionaire with the Federal authorities but Musk’s team didn’t cooperate. As per the reports, they have cited ‘investigative privilege’ as their reason for not presenting the documents.

What did Mark Ruffalo comment on Elon Musk’s issue?

Recently Shutter Island star Mark Ruffalo also commented on the federal investigation
that has been done on Elon Musk. In a recent Tweet made by Ruffalo, the actor said
that Elon Musk is awesome and everything, but he shouldn’t be above the law.

Although the actor welcomed the Federal Investigation on the Billionaire, many fans
were divided. The main concern of the fans was mainly related to why the star admired
the personality so much. It can be said though that similar to many other Internet
brawls, this incident will also probably fade away soon and is unlikely to make much
impact on his career.
