The Flash garnered $60 million at the box office
The Flash has now been in theaters for three days. According to reports, the recently released superhero movie is currently doing below expectations at the box office. The film made a total of $60 million, and according to reviews, has got a lackluster start. Ezra Miller’s film brought in $24.5 million on its opening day. On its first day of release, Black Adam, which came out last year, garnered $26.8 million.
Reportedly, The Flash was expected to cross the mark of $60 by now. The makers of the movie were reportedly expecting the Superhero film’s collection to reach $70 million. Still, there is a chance that there will be another box office story to tell for the movie by the end of the weekend.

Ezra Miller was paid $4 million to play the role of Barry Allen
When the 30-year-old actor was cast in The Flash, there was a wave of excitement to see the actor play the role of Barry Allen. The Trainwreck actor has been trending online for both good and bad reasons (mostly bad though). Many people speculated that Miller’s recent controversies might affect the film, but fans are appreciating the Madam Bovary actor’s performance in the movie.
Reportedly, Miller was paid $4 million to portray the character of Barry Allen in the recently released movie. Sasha Calle, while talking about the actor, said,
“What I like about him is I feel like there’s a lot in Barry’s personality, that distinguishes him from the rest of the gang. I’ve always really enjoyed him as someone who’s vulnerable and lacks the self-assurance and cockiness we generally associate with superheroism.”
Sasha Calle, who plays Supergirl in the film, received a salary of $500,000, while actor Michael Shannon was paid $1 million. Michael Keaton received $2 million, while Ron Livingston was given $100,000. Recently, Calle also revealed that a fight scene that involves her character Supergirl and Zod was cut in the film. This news is making waves on the internet and people are giving mixed reactions on Social media.
