The kiss between them took place when Jennifer Lawrence stated that he had kissed John Mayer but not her, to which Cohen replied, “I’d love to kiss you…consensually.” Lawrence was aware that the host avoided any s**ual encounter with John Mayer, and he has an asexual relationship with him. Hence, the actress decided to create a humorous segment during the show.
