All of the shows that will be exclusive to the DC Universe digital streaming service could potentially debut on Netflix for international fans.
When DC Entertainment announced that it’s upcoming digital streaming service would be exclusive to the United States and its territories fans were left disappointed. This meant that fans in other countries would not be able to watch all of the content on the service, including some of the exclusive content that is being developed for the series such as Swamp Thing, Titans, and Doom Patrol. However, this may no longer be the case according to a new rumor that has been recently backed up by Twitter user and reliable source, DanielRPK.

The rumor suggests that Warner Bros. Television and DC Entertainment may be planning to put all of their exclusive DC Universe shows on Netflix for an international audience. It is a plausible as Netflix is available in over 190 countries with a large base of subscribers who are DC fans that aren’t able to subscribe to DC Universe. It is even more possible as Warner Bros. Television and DC Entertainment do want these exclusive shows to be a success, but that would not be possible if they debut them on a service that won’t have a huge volume of subscribers due to its non-existent international presence.
The DC Universe service officially launches in the United States and it’s territories on September 15th to coincide with DC’s annual Batman Day event. It was recently announced at the Toronto Fan Expo by DC Comics co-publisher Dan DiDio that there is beta in the works for a Canadian version of the DC Universe streaming service.
