According to Celebrity Net Worth, he earned $3.2 million for Casino Royale, $7.2 million for Quantum of Solace, $20 million for Skyfall, $30 million for Spectre, and $25 million for No Time to Die.
Daniel Craig’s biggest paycheck was not for a Bond movie
The fans of Craig’s James Bond character will be shocked to know that 007 is not his highest-paying role. The actor played a detective named Benoit Blanc in the 2019 film Knives Out. The film was a massive success, and Netflix paid $469 million to secure the rights to its sequels on the streaming service. As per The Hollywood Reporter, the actor and the director earned around $100 million individually. Craig’s today pay for the franchise is more than $100 million.
The actor was highly appreciated for his Southern accent in the films. He shared about the effort behind the accent in an interview with Empire, saying,
“I went away to work with an accent coach for three or four months before we started shooting. I’d forgotten the accent and I didn’t want to do a pastiche. I wanted to make it as grounded and as anchored in reality as possible.”
Daniel Craig will be reprising his role in Knives Out 3, which will release in 2024.
