Appearing in an episode of The Big Bang Theory, Carrie Fisher and James Earl Jones were first introduced, nearly 37 years after their characters appeared onscreen. The Star Wars actors met in real life in Season 7, Episode 14 of the US sitcom. While the scene was certainly epic for the Star Wars fanatic Sheldon Cooper, it was indeed the first time Fisher and Jones crossed paths.

All thanks to The Big Bang Theory for bringing Fisher and Jones together and rectifying their bad luck of never crossing paths in real life.
