Harrison Ford helped nervous Brendan Fraser remember his lines
Harrison Ford and Brendan Fraser worked together on the movie Extraordinary Measures, which was based on a true story. Fraser played the role of John Crowley, who was a real person that had left his high-profile job for taking care of his sick children. Ford was highly impressed with his incredible acting of Fraser and how he added his personality to the role.
Morning Glory star shared in an interview with Collider,
“No, what Brendan brought, from the very first time we read through the material together and when we talked about it, was an authenticity. He didn’t attempt an imitation of John Crowley. He just reached into his own experience and his own emotions and understood, and because he understood and because he felt, he’s had a lot of experience.”
However, Fraser shared that he was extremely nervous working with the legendary actor. He was unable to memorize a line in the script in his presence, even after giving 15 attempts. Hence, Ford came up with a plan. He took the assistance of crew members and using duct tape and a sharpie pasted the line on his forehead for Fraser to read. Seeing this whole cast including Fraser, burst out laughing.

“Every once in a while, an actor gets stuck on something, and he just needs to relax. I was just trying to get him to relax. Acting is all about being comfortable.
