Ubisoft has quite a lineup of releases scheduled for the remainder of this year with two major franchise games coming out over the next two months and a new game from Ubisoft coming out in December. The Crew Motorfest comes out on the 11th of this month, Assassin’s Creed Mirage comes out next month on the 5th of October, and the latest new entry from Ubisoft, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora comes out on the 7th of December.
Motorfest will be the third game in the Crew series, with the last game in the series, Crew 2 having released 5 years back. However, Ubisoft fans are looking forward eagerly to the other game coming out next month from Ubisoft, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, which is said to take gamers back to where the series started. Mirage is set in Baghdad and will pay homage to the franchise, as players will explore the city of Alamut, where the Assassin’s Creed series originated.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Released In 2020, Disappointed Gamers In One Aspect
The 2020 title in the franchise, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, received mixed reviews as the game wasn’t plagued by bugs as compared to previous AC titles but lacked in one aspect. The game had no side quests, so when players were done with the main campaign, there wasn’t much to be done in the game. The game did receive four DLCs that extended the storyline, with the main campaign alone taking about 60 hours to beat.
Valhalla‘s ridiculously large open world kept gamers busy as they explored the game for a lot longer, as completionists took around 143 hours to get into every available aspect of the game. Even so, the lack of side-quests in the game left a void for most fans of the franchise. Side-quests in the game were replaced with what was termed “World Events” in the game, which players were able to track down on the map.
The upcoming game in the series, Mirage, isn’t predicted to be that long as the game’s main campaign is said to take half the time compared to Valhalla.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage’s Main Campaign Predicted To Be About 23 Hours Long
Ubisoft and Assassin’s Creed Mirage Lead Producer Fabian Salomon recently sat down for an interview with PCGamesN and shared some details about the upcoming game in the Assassin’s Creed game. He revealed that the main campaign in Mirage could be beaten in just over 23 hours. As mentioned above, the previous title in the series, Valhalla took 60 hours to beat the main campaign, so this comes as a surprise to many.
Salomon also mentioned that completionists looking to cover all the bases in Mirage will be able to complete the game between 25 hours to 30 hours, while it wouldn’t take longer than 20 hours for players who rush through the campaign. Among the previous titles in the franchise, Mirage will rank quite high in terms of main campaign run time.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage Ranks Fourth Overall, In Terms Of Campaign Length
When compared to previous games in the series, a 23-hour campaign in Mirage ranks fourth longest in the Assassin’s Creed franchise, but not by much. The main campaign in 2020’s Assassin’s Creed Valhalla took an average of 60 hours to be beaten, which is the longest in the game’s history. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey ranks 2nd longest at 45 hours, with Assassin’s Creed Origins taking an average of 30 hours to be beaten. Assassin’s Creed Black Flag currently holds the fourth spot at 22 hours and could be beaten to the spot by Assassin’s Creed Mirage, post-release.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage comes out on the 5th of October, which is still a month away. More details about the game will be uncovered in due course, and post-release.
