Angelina Jolie Talks About Her Striking Looks

Angelina Jolie has often been considered one of Hollywood’s most attractive stars, but the actress does not see herself in the same way that others would. During an exclusive interview with CBS 60 Minutes, the Eternals actress shares that she has not always felt so beautiful, but she starts loving her looks, and how she looks more like her mother.

“I always felt not traditionally beautiful. I have big features. But, as I’ve gotten older, I look like my mom, and I love my mom. You start to put your lineage in line of the different things that you are….You come to love the combination of whatever it is you are.”

However, Angelina Jolie added that she focuses less on her looks and more on smarts, something which she has been teaching her daughters as well.

“I wake up and I want to be a smarter person. That’s my focus. That’s what I’m encouraging my girls—that if they can make their inside and who they are really, really stunning then everything falls together.”

The actress concluded that she does not think about beauty as during the time of her interview she was married to Brad Pitt, and how only his opinion of her mattered to the actress.

While Angelina Jolie did not have an opinion on her looks, she did have some problems with certain magazine covers, which did not share the real story of the actress.

 Angelina Jolie Despises To Be On The Cover of Certain Magazines

During an exclusive interview with Black Film, the Maleficent actress shared how she had a few issues with magazines and she would avoid reading stories about her as it tends to deviate and they did not think of capturing the story of the real Angelina Jolie.

“I tend to avoid and don’t read them. I saw a glimpse of two different covers so far and I haven’t read the articles and I don’t plan to. I glimpsed through them quickly and send them to my mom cause she keeps them.”

“Yeah, but it’s strange. It’s always strange. It’s nice when you look at some and they look like you and they represent you and some don’t look like you at all. But it all comes in perspective when Maddox will see something like that.”

While the actress has shared her opinion of her beauty, her talent, and immense dedication to playing her roles have made her a massive star, as she appears not only in drama films but also in action, comedy, and romance films, displaying a plethora of emotions, making the audience relate to the characters.
