Captain America: Brave New World led by Anthony Mackie has already dropped in exciting news for all the Marvel fans who have been desperately waiting for the next movie after enjoying a rollercoaster ride through Guardians of The Galaxy 3. But, is it really making fans excited? Well, the answer is quite visible on the Internet as fans are unable to digest the franchise’s swift move leaving quite unflattering remarks about it.
The anticipated project has already finished the production process which managed to happen way before the predicted time.
Anthony Mackie’s Captain America 4 Wraps Production!
Amid the ongoing writers’ strike, many planned productions are taking a step back. However, Marvel Studios is not on the list as Anthony Mackie-led Captain America: Brave New World has officially wrapped up filming. Many of the Hollywood actors are supporting the ongoing protest which meant that they are also going for a strike. But the film managed to pull off its production process just 4 hours before the actors went on strike.
The news was announced by film cinematographer, Kramer Morgenthau through his Instagram handle. He shared the slate featuring the project’s logo with his name along with the film director, Julius Onah’s name written on it. To make things more clear, he further added a caption, “Wrap.” But it’s not impressing our audience!
Fans’ Reaction to Captain America 4′s Update
Given that the film finished its production earlier than fans anticipated, they are quite skeptical about it. While a fraction of the fandom is going to trust the process (fingers crossed), others have already started predicting its future on the basis of the terrific Phase 5 kickoff in the MCU.

While the previous phases had strong superheroes backing up the franchise including Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man and Evans’ Captain America, their absence was clearly felt in Phase 4. Somehow, it was able to push fans into the next phase, but the highly anticipated Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania turned out to be a disappointment for many. Given that fans almost lost hope with MCU’s Phase 4 ending and the lukewarm kickoff of the next phase, GOTG 3 saved the day with a worldwide earning of over $833 million. While fans have mixed opinions about Captain America 4, we can at least hope for it to stay on track with its July 2024 release.
