1. Doctor Strange 2 Casts Xochitl Gomez As America Chavez
The big news from the movie Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness is the casting of Xochitl Gomez as America Chavez. The character America Chavez also known as Miss America is a young superhero with an extraordinary set of powers such as inter-dimensional travel which comes along this universe hopping movie.
Moreover, the movie directed by Sam Raimi brings Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch starring along with returners Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange, Benedict Wong’s Wong, Chiwetel Ejiofor’s Mordo, and Rachel McAdams’ Christine Palmer.
2. Spider-Man: No Way Home Connects To Doctor Strange 2
In the 2020 investor’s call Marvel update, Kevin Feige, President of Marvel Studios, confirmed that Doctor Strange 2 directly connects with Jon Watts’ Spider-Man: No Way Home. The upcoming Spider-Man movie will adapt the Spider-Verse into action.
This link confirmed the role of Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange. Surprisingly we will also see Alfred Molina’s Doctor Octopus, Jamie Foxx’s Electro from Raimi’s Spider-Man trilogy, and The Amazing Spider-Man 2, respectively. Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and Kirsten Dunst will join the cast as well.

The recently dropped sizzle reel from Marvel’s youtube channel confirmed Iman Vellani playing Kamala Khan a.k.a Ms. Marvel. The Pakistani hero was influenced by Carol Danvers. The reel gave us a glimpse of the character both at home and idolizing Captain Marvel, the impact of the character, how Vellani was cast, and reflected on the show’s creative talent.
4. Captain Marvel Brings Back Ms. Marvel And Monica Rambeau Along With An Official Title
Captain Marvel 2 directed by Nia DaCosta, brings back Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel. As anticipated, Iman Vellani as Ms. Marvel and Teyonah Parris’ Monica Rambeau come on board in this sequel. The title is named The Marvels – A reference to the superhero trio of Carol Danvers, Kamala Khan, and Monica Rambeau. The release date for this movie has been pushed to November 2022.
5. Kate Bishop official for Hawkeye, Kazi and Echo also cast

7. She-Hulk Brings Back Mark Ruffalo’s Bruce Banner, Tim Roth’s Abomination, and will introduce Jameela Jamil as Titania
Marvel brings back Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner and Tim Roth as Abomination in the upcoming TV series She-Hulk. Jameela Jamil joins the cast as Tatiana who will be the main villain of the series. Tatiana Maslany is confirmed to play the role of Jennifer Walters a.k.a She-Hulk, who is actually Bruce Banner’s cousin. Reportedly, some MCU characters like Charlie Cox’s Daredevil are in talks of playing a part in the show.
9. Oscar Issac As Moon Knight Confirmed
Rumors of Oscar Issac playing Marc Spector in Moon Knight from late 2020 became official in May 2021. The Disney+ series also features Ethan Hawke as the villain. Scheduled to release in late 2022, the series will display the harsh side of MCU, where the vigilante will follow his comic book persona.
10. Secret Invasion TV Show Starring Nick Fury, Emilia Clarke, Olivia Coleman, And More Announced
The series was set up in the post-credits of Spider-Man: Far From Home and WandaVision. This awaited show where a group of rogue Skrulls infiltrating Earth is finally happening on Disney+ starring Samuel Jackson as Nick Fury and Ben Mendelson as Talos. Reportedly, Emilia Clarke, Olivia Coleman, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Christopher McDonald, and Killian Scott have been cast to join the Skrull shenanigans in the series.
11. Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania Release Date, New Cassie Lang, And The New Villain
Marvel’s Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania is going large with even more quantum realm action this time. This movie with returning cast of Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Douglas, and Michelle Pfeiffer are joined by Kathryn Newton as Cassie Lang, who will eventually become Stature. Jonathan Majors’ Kang The Conquerer will return as the villain in this movie. The movie is set to release on February 17, 2023.
12. Thor: Love And Thunder will showcase Christian Bale as Gorr The God Butcher and Russel Crowe as Zeus
Former Batman Christian Bale will portray the role of Gorr The God Butcher who will serve as the villain in the movie Thor: Love And Thunder. Russel Crowe is reported to make a brief cameo in the movie playing the Greek God Zeus. Zeus who supposedly can wield power comparable to Odin will fall as a victim of Gorr’s godly killing spree.
13. A New Wakanda TV Series Is Coming
Marvel discloses its plans of creating a new TV series based in Wakanda, with the Director of both Black Panther movies returning. The story will focus on the character of Danai Gurira’s Okoye. However, the title and the release date have not been confirmed yet.
14. Peter Parker’s Strange Devices In Spider-Man: No Way Home
No new updates with reference to the plot of Spider-Man: No Way Home officially arrive from Marvel. However, the action figures and toy sets to drop in co-occurrence with the movie show Spider-Man wearing web-shooters enhanced with Doctor Strange’s magic. As a result, now the web-slinger will be able to sling webs between dimensions, and not between skyscrapers.
15. I Am Groot Brings Back Baby Groot
Marvel reveals one of its upcoming projects to be a series of shorts on Disney+ titled I Am Groot. As expected, this showcases Baby Groot from Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 2 in a series of misadventures.
