A source claims Amber Heard won’t be “silenced”
A source at RadarOnline.com has revealed that Amber Heard has allegedly been harassed online by social media trolls and subjected to death threats during her infamous trials. The source thus confessed that the Aquaman star “won’t be silenced”.
The insider also revealed that Heard has grown quite “frustrated” by being painted as a liar by critics and feels she’s the victim in the situation. Not only has she been a victim of online bullying, but Heard also recently showed her disappointment after being shunned by her closest friends in Hollywood after her trial ended.
The actor claimed that when she reached out to her pals hoping to get a place to stay, instead of their support, she got “flat-out ghosted”. Meanwhile, others have shown their solidarity and remained in contact with Depp as he came out winning the battle.
While Heard has relocated to Spain, her ex, Johnny Depp, returned to the spotlight by making an appearance at the recent Cannes Film Festival for the primer of his French film Jeanne du Barry.
Amber Heard had earlier decided to move on
The defamation trial ended with Depp being awarded $10 million in compensatory damages and $5 million in punitive damages. For Heard’s countersuit, the jury decided to give her $2 million in compensatory damages. Heard then filed an appeal one month later, but she ultimately decided to abandon her case in December after noting that it was a “difficult” choice to make.
The Rum Diary actress expressed excitement about upcoming film roles. She stated in a popular TikTok video, “I keep moving forward”
Though there were previous media reports that claimed Heard’s decision to leave Hollywood, Amber Heard is set to reprise her role as Mera in the upcoming sequel Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom. Deadline had previously claimed that the actress will appear briefly during a fight scene, so it is safe to infer that she will appear in the movie set to release on December 20, 2023, despite the petition of her removal.
