After Labeling Henry Cavill With Pervert Tag, Gaming Personality Frosk Says There’s “Sexism in gaming” Following Early Retirement

Henry Cavill has been associated with the gaming community for a long time. Ever since Froskurinn called Cavill a “pervert”, the G4 team collapsed with no hopes for a revival. Being an integral member of the G4, Frosk stated that there is some pretty heavy sexism in gaming.

Stating this as one of the reasons, Frosk gave her reason for leaving the gaming industry to early retirement. While calling the Man of Steel actor a pervert, Frosk recalled that she was horrified by the things that she had seen while in the gaming industry.

With the recent breaking of the G4 team, Frosk made some remarks about the gaming industry. Calling it bizarre sexism, the American commentator talked about the things she had seen during her years behind-the-scenes of an event.

Her infamous sexism rant in gaming garnered quite a lot of ears to listen to since she essentially revealed some blunt allegations about the gaming world. It was natural for Henry Cavill to be associated with gaming since The Witcher actor is essentially a gamer himself.

‘This is so strange, that on social media people are just making all these crude, not even just jokes, but just really crude statements. What is happening where we’ve missed the barrier to the decision making to think [something] type it out, to hit enter, and send?’ said Frosk regarding crude jokes about Morgan Webb.

Frosk went on to reveal the horrible experiences she had while in the gaming world and how G4 completely overdid it with the negative publicity ride.

“I had this individual who was, I’m assuming reverse image searching the pictures I put on my social media, and kept messaging me trying to get my location,” she continued. “Weird shit like that. I decided to delete my entire Twitter to make sure that there weren’t images that could be used – I just cleared the entire thing out,”

This was one of the few things that Froskurinn had to say about the gaming world. During the fallout of G4, the commentator also blamed Henry Cavill for being a pervert.

In 2018, Henry Cavill sat down for an interview with GQ and talked about the-then ongoing movement #MeToo. In the interview, the Enola Holmes actor reportedly made some controversial remarks. The lines were taken out of context from his interview which Froskurinn seemed to dislike.

“Henry Cavil said some very questionable things around #MeToo and dated a 19-year-old as 30+. Seeing people throw themselves at his feet for The Witcher is weird. The show is whatever at best.”

The former Xplay host was trolled for her comments as it seemed a matter of attention-seeking following the closure of G4. Froskurinn also found support from her fans as they rallied behind her to try and lift the curtain in the gaming world.
