Several reports have claimed that Warner Bros. is trying to bring the world’s finest heroes onto the big screen once again, they managed to do it once with Zack Snyder’s Justice League. The rumors about Green Lantern’s appearance in DC’s upcoming project, The Flash, began spreading back in 2017. Multiple sources claimed that Hal Jordan will show up at the end of the movie.
Given DC’s recent reveal of its new The Flash poster, there is a slight possibility that Green Lantern will make an appearance in the movie. The latest poster has created a lot of hype as it features Batman, Supergirl, and Flash.
A new poster of DC’s The Flash was revealed recently
Filmmaker James Gunn recently revealed a new poster of DC’s upcoming project, The Flash. The movie is all set to hit the theatres on 16th June 2023. The poster has created a worldwide buzz as it confirms that the movie will feature Batman and Supergirl. Batman will be played by actor Michael Keaton for the first time in over 30 years and Sasha Calle will play Supergirl while Ezra Miller remains the face of the film.

With James Gunn’s new plans for DCU, fans have been expecting an announcement like this. The latest poster was enough to attract fans all over the world as well as poke nostalgic feelings for the classic Tim Burton-directed films.
It’s safe to say that fans are excited about the movie. In October 2022, James Gunn and Peter Safran were first appointed as co-CEOs of DC Studios and this could be their chance to make DC great again.
Will Green Lantern appear in The Flash?
With the latest team-up, there are many speculations that DC is trying to bring their superheroes together once again. Even the poster says, “Worlds Collide.” Back in 2017, there were rumors that Hal Jordan will show up at the end of The Flash. However, this was way before James Gunn took over.
To make things better, the trivia page on The Flash‘s IMDb website confirms these speculations as it says, “It was hinted that the film would be a team-up film also including Green Lantern.” Many theories are currently being cooked up online and will continue to do so until the release of The Flash, which is set to hit the theatres on 16th June 2023.
