In a news report from The Hollywood Reporter, Dwayne Johnson has pulled out of his role as the tough cop, Luke Hobbs from Fast 10, due to the ongoing hostility between him and Vin Diesel and has made it clear in a CNN interview that he will not be returning to this franchise.

Rumor has it that to fill up the role of the former WWE star, a new actor was to be scouted with similar height and build. It is speculated that Jason Momoa might be the actor replacing Dwayne Johnson to play a role, while it’s still unsure whether he will be playing an antagonist, protagonist, or a bit of both.

Willkommen”, which in the German language means, “Will be even bigger. Welcome” No comment or post relating to this matter has surfaced since so it is widely speculated that the Aquaman actor will be the one to replace The Rock.

Dwayne Johnson’s and Vin Diesel’s Feud

Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel did not see eye to eye in a certain situation that has to lead to Johnson removing himself from the franchise. The Black Adam superstar rejected multiple invitations from Vin Diesel to return to the Fast and Furious franchise and accused him of “manipulation”. Dwayne Johnson in a CNN interview said,

“I told [Diesel] directly that I would not be returning to the franchise. I was firm yet cordial with my words and said that I would always be supportive of the cast and always root for the franchise to be successful, but that there was no chance I would return”.

He added that Vin Diesel’s post was an example of his manipulation and he didn’t like that he brought up his children as well as Paul Walker’s death. Johnson added, “Leave them out of it. We had spoken months ago about this and came to a clear understanding.”.

Dwayne Johnson entered the franchise with 2011’s Fast Five as an agent of the Diplomatic Security Service. He then continued his role as Luke Hobbs in 2013’s Fast & Furious 6, 2015’s Furious 7, and 2017’s The Fate of the Furious.
