From Conan the Barbarian to Harry Tasker, Arnold Schwarzenegger has played some of the most iconic roles ever known to humankind. The actor has consistently earned the praise of the audience by showcasing his charisma, acting chops, chiseled physique, and iconic accent. Throughout the years, he has showcased why he is a larger-than-life personality, as he had switched from professional bodybuilding to acting, inspiring millions to hit the gym.
Arnold Schwarzenegger defied the stereotypical expectations when he entered Hollywood with a buffed physique. Over the years, the Austrian Oak has inspired millions to hit the gym by sharing his journey and motivating people with his speeches. And it looks like his younger son, Christopher Schwarzenegger has been inspired by his dad’s pep talks, as he has transformed into a completely different person.
Christopher Schwarzenegger’s Insane Body Transformation
Born to Arnold Schwarzenegger and ex-wife Maria Shiver, Christopher Schwarzenegger is their youngest child. Even though he is the son of an action icon, he has always avoided public attention but, in recent years, he has found some unwanted attention on him. Unlike his bodybuilding champion dad, Christopher Schwarzenegger did not have a knack for fitness. In recent years, he was found to be overweight, leading to fat shaming on the internet.
As a result, he decided to go on a weight loss journey, which the 25-year-old embarked on in 2020. In a recent picture, Christopher Schwarzenegger looks unrecognizable because he has slimmed down, as he was spotted climbing into an SUV after his workout. To minimize public attention, he was wearing a white t-shirt with a set of navy blue sweatpants, and he rocked now-popular white New Balance trainers with royal blue accents.
Though he is focusing on his health, it looks like the 25-year-old is trying hard to impress his father, Arnold Schwarzenegger. As he had taken his dad’s love for fitness and bodybuilding, and who knows the two would soon share a workout video of them working together.
Arnold Schwarzenegger Offers A Fitness Tip
Arnold Schwarzenegger is a bodybuilding icon, and he has won Mr. Olypia seven times, also he has been crowned as Mr. Universe five times. And he has showcased how staying dedicated is a matter of choice because he has always been working out. In a recent interview with Men’s Health, he shared a little-known technique that has allowed him to stay committed to exercise.
“I’ll be honest. Sometimes when I started lifting weights, the goal of being Mr. Austria or Mr. Europe wasn’t enough for me. Those were motivations to be ripped for the contest. What about the rest of the year? I wanted to show up at the lake in Thal and have the girls say, ‘Look at your muscles.’”
“I also wanted to prove to the teacher who told me I was a Neanderthal who would be a total failure in life that he was wrong. Every time I got on the tram to go to the stadium in Graz, I saw him telling me I’d never amount to anything. I saw the girls who would show up at the lake the next summer and be shocked at my biceps.”
The Terminator actor explained that negative emotions are the best motivators, and it provides you the fuel to break past your limits.
“Absurd goals have driven people since the beginning of time. Michael Jordan became the greatest basketball player of all time because he wanted to prove the coach that cut him in high school wrong.”
Arnold Schwarzenegger’s advice is true as we all know, he is now recognized around the world without any introduction becoming an action icon. And now he has taken over the new role as Netflix’s Chief Action Officer.
