Annoyed by the fact that the MCU decided to select well-known actors for the lead role of the upcoming Fantastic Four, people rallied against the studios. Stating that Marvel Studios always made stars and not bought them, people urged the studio to reconsider its decision.

The MCU Had Always Been In The Star Making Business

Although it hasn’t been finalized yet, talks of negotiation have been going on between Marvel Studios and their potential lead actors and actresses in the upcoming superhero movie. Grace Randolph, who is an American reporter has several sources telling her the insider details that seemed to shock her and the people.

The reporter took to Twitter to talk about the budget for the upcoming Fantastic Four project. With claims that the four lead actors would be notable and iconic stars, Randolph stated that they would ask for a higher paycheck. Stating that a whopping budget of $80 million would go into just paying the actors, Grace Randolph claimed that this is not the old Marvel Studios and was into the star-making business.

This was enough for the people to start commenting on the reporter’s tweets. While some seemed to defend the MCU’s decision, others agreed with Randolph and how Marvel has truly changed.

With the upcoming movie set to be one of the biggest movies of the MCU, it seems that the cast of the movie is indeed a vital factor in it. With rumors and speculations, it seems that Adam Driver seems to be a popular choice for a role in the MCU!

As per several sources, Adam Driver is alleged to join the cast of the upcoming Fantastic Four and make his debut in the MCU. Notable insider Jeff Sneider seemed to back up the claim that Adam Driver was indeed in talks to join the MCU with the help of the Fantastic Four.

Since the movie is quite some time away, nothing can be confirmed nor can be denied as of now. With Fantastic Four being the thirty-eight film in the MCU, the movie is set for a release date of 14th February 2025 in theaters across the U.S.
