Arnold Schwarzenegger made an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden back in October 2019. The former California governor engaged in fun activities with the host, who playfully threw some challenging questions his way. One of the show’s entertaining segments, titled “Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts,” involved the duo taking turns asking difficult questions.
Failing to answer meant having to consume some very peculiar and repulsive foods, including a hot pepper smoothie, jellyfish, and turkey testicles.
Arnold Schwarzenegger Initially Remained Unfazed by James Corden’s Questions
The Late Late Show host quickly realized that Arnold Schwarzenegger was not someone to be trifled with. The Terminator actor handled all of James Corden’s questions with ease and grace, showing no signs of discomfort when questioned about his political career and his relationship with Donald Trump.
When asked about a lie he told during his tenure as governor, the Total Recall actor shared how he once slipped in a cuss word in a veto message to a legislator he did not like. When the press asked about it, he denied any knowledge of it. Regarding Donald Trump, he was asked about the worst thing Trump said in private, to which the Predator actor responded that Trump is nice in private but can be mean in public.
Arnold Schwarzenegger Finally Had to Give In Over A Question About His Co-stars
By this point, Arnold Schwarzenegger had already made James Corden try some of the disgusting foods. After a while, Corden asked how the Escape Plan actor manages to answer everything, to which Schwarzenegger jokingly replied that Corden’s questions were not challenging enough. Corden, amusingly offended, sought to get back at the True Lies actor, and he did just that with his next question.
The host asked Schwarzenegger, who had acted in The Expendables alongside an ensemble cast including Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, and Mickey Rourke, to rank his three co-stars from worst to best. The Running Man actor initially appeared willing to answer, but he eventually decided against it and opted to eat the turkey testicles before him.
The Last Stand actor looked visibly disgusted as he gulped down the testicles but quickly regained his stoic expression, while James Corden rejoiced in finally outsmarting his guest. It leaves one wondering how Schwarzenegger would have ranked his Expendables co-stars.
