While preparing for his fourth Marvel Cinematic Universe solo film, Thor: Love & Thunder, Chris Hemsworth found himself at low motivation levels. After all, despite having a Greek god-like physique, he, too, is human. Feeling demotivated is a very normal occurrence and it all comes down to how you plan on dealing with it.

As for Hemsworth, he prefers taking a moment to give himself a pep talk and then resume his daily workouts. In a short video, the actor takes his fans through how he overcomes lethargy.

“Woke up this morning, motivation levels at an all-time low. Felt very flat. A little dusty. A couple of celebratory drinks too many this weekend, but thought to myself, ‘You know what? You did this to yourself, you’re gonna undo it mate.’ I’m gonna sweat out the demons.”

Hemsworth then walked us through the workouts he did, which included a warm-up on the treadmill, CrossFit, ball slams, lunges, bear crawls, and whatnot! He continued that he felt “100% back to normal” after working out. Before signing off, he left viewers with a piece of advice stating, “If you’re feeling flat, just get moving. Movement creates motivation.”

Well, if there is anyone whose advice we’ll take when it comes to fitness, it’s Hemsworth.

As it turns out, Hemsworth is not only good at giving fitness advice, but he also knows how to make people feel better about themselves. In a different video, the Extraction actor goes on about how the person watching is “crushing it” at everything they do and how they are making the world a better place just by being in it.

“Today is your day. You got this. You’re absolutely crushing it at everything you do…Ignore anyone who tells you otherwise because you’re amazing. The only thing more beautiful than you smile is your personality…[You’re] more than capable to take on the world, the whole world by storm. Speaking of the world, did you know that it’s a better place because you’re in it?…You’re the total package. On a scale from one to ten you’re an eleven. You make me want to be a better man.”

Well, sometimes, such words of affirmation are what people need to go out and seize the world and it looks like Hemsworth knows exactly what to say! Do you also feel a rush of motivation or is that just us?
